PERi-PERi Keto Broccoli Cheddar Tots

Ingredients
13 w oz Broccoli, broken into small florets
4 Tablespoons of PERi-PERi sauce in the flavor of your choice
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1.5 cups almond flour
1 cup shredded cheddar
3 Eggs
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 425℉

Mix the broccoli, PERi-PERi sauce, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning in a microwaveable container.

Microwave on full power for 3 minutes and allow to cool.

Mixed cool broccoli with almond flour, eggs and cheese, then shape into tots. You should get about 22 tots about the size of your thumb.

Place tots on a parchment lined baking tray and bake for 20 mins until lightly golden underneath.

Serve warm with more PERi-PERi sauce for dipping. Enjoy
