Cooking Instructions

Pour half the cream into a mug.

Add half the baby kale.

Crack in an egg, then pierce the yolk (this prevents it from exploding in the microwave!)

Sprinkle over half the cheese, 1 tablespoon of PERi-PERi and a sprinkle salt and pepper.

Repeat with the other half of your cream, baby kale, second egg (pierce the yolk), cheese, PERi-PERi and salt and pepper.

Place in the microwave and cover with a piece of paper towel (it spits). Microwave on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds.

Drizzle with more PERi-PERi because you can never have too much!
